Estate agent had a shit in my toilet while I was away

Got back last night from a week away, agreed to have viewings of property while I wasn't there. Came home last night to find skid marks on the toilet bowl and pan. About to phone the lettings agent to see who the culprit is.
Suppose it could be a viewer who did it but surely no-one would have a shit while the estate agent is waiting outside the door?

Estate agents are a complete waste of time and dont do hardly fuck all to justify their fees.
Went into my local one this morning as I need to start looking for a new drum to rent. As I expected the bloke spent all of one minute to tell me their wasn't anything at the moment and just keep checking right move...he couldn't even be bothered to take my contact details.
No doubt when something turns up all they'll do is arrange to meet at the property, open the door and get then get their fee when I decide to take it.
There is no need for them in this day and age in the residential market and I reckon (hope) they'll be a thing of the past within the next 10 years.
I work in the property maintenance game, so don't even get me started on what they do (or don't do) for their fee when people are silly enough to get them to 'manage' the property!

Presume the letting agent will ring back and apologise for using the toilet
And advise that you don't use your toothbrush under ANY circumstances
